RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE BI DEVELOPER

• Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and PowerBI
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable visualizations
• Perform ETL processes and optimize data structures for efficient querying
• Provide actionable insights to business leaders based on data-driven analyses
• Document data models, report specifications, and train users on reporting tools

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE FOR THE BI DEVELOPER

• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence development
• Proficiency in Tableau and PowerBI for dashboard development
• Intermediate programming knowledge and understanding of relational databases
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets
• Solid understanding of data modeling and ETL processes
• Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical information to various stakeholders
