Key Responsibilities for the Business Development Specialist:

• Develop and grow client relationships within accounting, finance, technology, and human resources
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts
• Partner closely with in house Recruiters to deliver high‑quality staffing solutions
• Manage the full sales cycle from outreach through placement
• Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline management

Qualifications for the Business Development Specialist:

• 1+ years of business development, sales, or related experience a plus. We offer OTJ training from day 1, so this role is great for experienced sales people, recent grads, or someone looking to break into the industry!
• Completed Bachelors degree a plus
• Comfortable prospecting, making cold calls, going on in person meetings, and building relationships
• Ability to work in a hybrid work environment


Salary: $55,000–$60,000 base + uncapped commission
