Business Analyst (BA)
Primary Focus
Support financial and regulatory initiatives by eliciting, documenting, and validating business requirements, with strong communication and data understanding.
Key Responsibilities
* Gather and clearly document business requirements from stakeholders
* Translate business needs into functional requirements and support downstream testing
* Work closely with data and reporting teams to understand data flows and dependencies
* Support projects across financial, regulatory, or reconciliation?focused domains
* Communicate clearly with both business and technical audiences
Required Background
* Minimum 5 years of Business Analyst experience
* Strong financial background (regulatory reporting, reconciliation, GL, or related)
* Experience working in financial services environments
* Ability to articulate end?to?end BA approach (requirements ? testing ? delivery)
Nice?to?Haves
* SQL or data querying background
* Regulatory reporting exposure
* Experience supporting data supply chain or reporting platforms
