1.Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
2. Functional specifications, user stories, workflow diagrams, and process maps.
3. Work closely with stakeholders in healthcare, product, IT, and operations to understand project needs.
4. Analyze data flows, database structures, and integration points across systems.
5. Write and execute SQL queries (Postgres, Oracle) for data validation, reporting, and troubleshooting.
6. Support testing activities including test plan creation, test case execution, and defect tracking.
7. Participate in system design discussions and recommend solutions for process improvement.
