Job Details
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage pricing strategies and models based on market trends, company objectives, and customer demand.
- Utilize SQL and Power BI to perform complex data analysis and generate insightful reports.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to understand market trends and customer preferences.
- Analyze sales price index, volume, distribution, discounts, and rebates to determine their impact on pricing.
- Work closely with the finance team to understand cost structures and ensure pricing strategies align with financial goals.
- Manage the RFQ process, including the analysis of customer requirements, competitive positioning, and margin analysis.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in pricing procedures and strategies.
- Utilize VBA and Excel to create and manage advanced queries and reports.
- Monitor and report on performance metrics, providing actionable insights to drive decision making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement pricing changes and strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a pricing analyst role
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Power BI, VBA, and Excel.
