Business Analyst

Fulcrum Consulting, an LRS company, is seeking a Business Analyst with our client in Minneapolis, MN. Our client is looking to bring on an experienced Business Analyst to join our Strategic Portfolio Management Office (SPMO) and support enterprise-wide strategic initiatives. This role will help drive projects to completion and deliver their intended value. The Business Analyst will translate project objectives into actionable requirements, perform in-depth analysis, help build products, and facilitate roll out of new capabilities.

• Analyze & Drive Improvements: Gather and document business and functional requirements. Analyze current processes and data to identify improvements that align with project objectives.
• Go deep as needed be curious
• Create workflows to contextualize work (ability to take info and create flow charts an imperative)
• Deliverables: Build key project documents such as business requirements, process flows, forms, reports, and training materials.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues. Facilitate meetings and workshops.
• Drive Organizational Change: Persuade stakeholders of benefits on new ways of servicing the customer.

• High-quality deliverables with minimal rework.
• Clear communication and strong stakeholder alignment.
• After project completion, deliverables generate targeted value.

• 3+ years' experience in business analysis role supporting large strategic initiatives.
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Deep proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Utilize Artificial Intelligence without assistance.

The base range for this contract position is $60-$90 per hour, depending on experience. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all U.S. locations. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors.
