About the Role
Location: Jacksonville, FL (Hybrid onsite 3 days per week) Pay Rate: $24.00 per hour Employment Type: Contract / W2
Overview: LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Business Analyst to support the US Securities Lending Middle Office and Operations team. This role supports Stock Loan, Corporate Bonds, and Equity Financing trading desks and plays a critical role in managing daily risk items, settlement activity, and operational controls in a fast-paced financial services environment.
This is a dynamic opportunity for someone who thrives in a high-volume, deadline-driven setting and can work independently with limited direction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily operations for Securities Lending, including Stock Loan, Corporate Bonds, and Equity Financing activities
- Resolve high-value risk items, settlement exceptions, and reconciliation breaks
- Prioritize, report, and collateralize exposures in accordance with internal and regulatory requirements
- Process recall requests, wire entries, and journal entries
- Assist with prematching future-dated trades and agreeing cash values with external clients
- Apply and move cash payments through internal systems and the market to ensure timely settlement
- Escalate issues appropriately and in a timely manner
- Contribute to process improvements and identify innovative ways to support the business efficiently
Required Qualifications:

- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, high-volume environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Prior experience in securities lending or financial operations (preferred, not required)
Work Schedule: Hybrid schedule with onsite presence required 3 days per week in Jacksonville, FL.
