Who You’ll Work With The Business Analyst role will report to the Operations Support Manager under the Governance and Reporting team and will collaborate closely with IT partners and business stakeholders across multiple business units. As a member of the ALIP Production Support Team, you will track and manage any reported issues related to the admin. Responsibilities include – but are not limited to – working with IT and business partners throughout the full life cycle of defects including intake, research, root‑cause analysis, prioritization and implementation. About The Role What you need to know: Troubleshoot escalated process issues, perform root‑cause analysis on problems, and implement fixes or workarounds. Manage JIRA and ServiceNow Incident prioritization and backlog. Track and report RCA and defect recovery metrics to ensure SLA adherence for timely issue resolution. Communicate with Operations partners to obtain clear business impact and transparency of resolution timeline. Support Business Continuity Planning and Enterprise Resiliency efforts across production environments. Champion process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce production incidents. Experience 3+ years of experience supporting Life and Retirement Operations. General knowledge of JIRA, Excel, Corebridge Financial Life system/platforms preferred. Strong organization and planning skills. Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and analytical skills. Adaptability to changing business needs. Compensation The anticipated salary range for this position is $63,000.00 to $53,000.00 (Woodland Hills, CA; Jersey City, NJ) at the commencement of employment. The actual compensation offered will ultimately be dependent on multiple factors, including the candidate’s geographic location, skills, experience, and other qualifications. In addition, the position is eligible for a discretionary bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan. Work Location This position is based in Corebridge Financial’s Houston, TX; Woodland Hills, CA; Jersey City, NJ offices and is subject to our hybrid working policy, which gives colleagues the benefits of working both in an office and remotely.
