Business Analyst

Akkodis is seeking a Business Analyst for a Contract with a client in Naperville, IL. The ideal candidate has specialized in defining detailed functional specifications and collaborating across teams to support architecture understanding, integration, and end?to?end project delivery.

Rate Range: $41/hour to $43/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Business Analyst job responsibilities include:

* Collaborate with business users to elicit, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements.

* Prepare comprehensive requirement specifications and conduct walkthroughs and peer reviews with technology teams.

* Analyze current and proposed system architectures to support enhancements, integrations, and solution design.

* Coordinate with multiple cross?functional teams to ensure requirement alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

* Support testing activities, including functional testing and UAT, by validating requirements and clarifying business needs.

* Utilize spreadsheets and SQL to perform data analysis, validate requirements, and support decision-making.

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

* 6-8 years of experience in business analysis, preferably within the banking or financial services domain.

* Proven ability to work with business users for requirement elicitation, documentation, and analysis.

* Strong understanding of banking domain processes, with experience in core banking systems and web?based application integration.

Pay Details: $41.00 to $43.00 per hour
