Blood bank technologists and residents will contact the clinician with questions and send transfusion medicine reports for sign-out. The position requires expertise in complex transfusion scenarios including trauma cases with massive transfusion protocols, maternal-fetal medicine, and sickle cell management. Board certification in Transfusion Medicine is required due to the scope of services provided.
