Legends - - Responsibilities: Coordinates with kitchen staff and other functional areas on the timing and production of service; Ensures the service requirements of each stand are fulfilled; Effectively manages the staff to ensure all staff are properly trained before events; Manage inventories, order supplies, and receive orders; Accounts for and reconcile point-of-sale systems and revenues
