Earl Enterprise - 90;92 Derby Street - Responsibilities: Stack clean dishes on racks, ensuring that clean water and detergent are used in the dishwasher, delivering clean dishes to designated areas for use as time permits; Rinse bus buckets, cleaning, and drying of pots, pans, utensils, dough boxes, trash removal, and general cleaning of the work area; Dishwashers also may be needed to receive, unload, and rotate products from vendors; Monitor dishwashing machine operation and report malfunction and/or failure promptly; Assist cooks with prep as needed
