Responsibilities of the Benefits & Compensation Specialist:

• Review current job descriptions and compare them to external benchmarks
• Assist with annual companywide compensation analysis
• Analyze pay levels and provide recommendations for adjustments
• Process pay corrections and update necessary records
• Collaborate with HR team members to gather and interpret compensation data
• Respond to general employee questions related to benefits
• Provide support to payroll when needed

Qualifications of the Benefits & Compensation Specialist:

• 2–4 years of experience in an HR Generalist, Coordinator, or Specialist‑level role
• General understanding of compensation processes
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree
