JBS Foods - - Responsibilities: Perform precision knife cuts on the harvest floor using a straight knife; Observe and identify anatomical, physiological, and pathological indicators to ensure food safety and product quality; Maintain speed and accuracy in a high-paced production setting; Collaborate with the Sorter Supervisor and USDA-FSIS Consumer Safety Inspectors to support regulatory compliance; Participate in ongoing training and skill-building sessions
