Ulta Beauty - - Responsibilities: Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store's goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and retail shrink; Greet and engage each guest, personalize service to their needs, answer questions about products and services, inform guests about promotions and sales, and recommend complementary products/services; Courteously handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges and assist with on-line orders; Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations with guests to drive sales and the guest service experience; Book appointments for and support the execution of services and in-store events
