About the Role
Ulta Beauty - - Responsibilities: Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and retail shrink; Greet and engage each guest entering the store, personalize service to their needs, answer questions, inform about promotions, and recommend products/services; Courteously handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges and assist with online orders; Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations with guests to drive sales and guest service; Book appointments for and support the execution of services and in-store events that deliver an unrivaled guest experience while meeting sales goals
