About the Role
Ulta Beauty - - Responsibilities: Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store's goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and retail shrink.; Greet and engage each guest entering the store, personalize service to their needs, answer questions about products and services, inform guests about promotions and sales, and recommend Ulta Beauty products and/or services.; Handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges and assist with on-line orders.; Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations with guests to drive sales and the guest service experience.; Book appointments for and support the execution of services and in-store events that deliver an unrivaled guest experience while delivering on sales goals.
