About the Role
Ulta Beauty - - Responsibilities: Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and retail shrink; Greet and engage each guest, personalize service, and answer questions about products and services; Handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges and assist with on-line orders; Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations with guests to drive sales; Book appointments for and support in-store events to deliver guest experience and sales goals
