About the Role
Ulta Beauty - - Responsibilities: Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store's goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and retail shrink; Greet and engage each guest, tailor service to their needs, answer questions, inform about promotions, and recommend products/services; Handle customer service, sales, refunds, exchanges, and assist with on-line orders; Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest experience; Book appointments for and support the execution of services and in-store events to deliver guest experience while achieving sales goals
