Point Quest Group Camarillo, California, US

About the Role

Point Quest Group is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Healthcare & Medical Services department within the Healthcare & Medical industry. In this role, you will provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents with developmental, behavioral, and learning needs across school, clinic, home, and community settings. Drawing on your expertise in ABA, you will conduct comprehensive assessments, design individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans, and use data-driven decision making to promote meaningful, measurable progress for each client.
As a BCBA with Point Quest Group, you will complete functional behavior assessments and other relevant assessments to identify skill deficits and challenging behaviors, then translate findings into clear, individualized goals. You will develop and oversee ABA programs targeting communication, social, academic, adaptive, and daily living skills, ensuring that interventions are evidence-based, practical, and aligned with each person’s unique strengths and needs. You will provide ongoing clinical supervision and coaching to behavior technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), modeling effective strategies, ensuring treatment fidelity, and offering constructive feedback to support high-quality service delivery.
Collaboration is central to this role. You will work closely with families, caregivers, educators, related service providers, and other healthcare professionals to create a cohesive, team-based approach around each individual. This includes participating in school meetings, contributing to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) when appropriate, and training caregivers and staff to implement behavior plans and reinforcement strategies consistently. You will monitor progress through direct observation and regular review of data, adjusting treatment plans as needed to maximize outcomes and support generalization of skills across environments.
Point Quest Group provides tailored educational and behavioral support services designed to help individuals and organizations achieve optimal outcomes. Specializing in Special Education and Healthcare services, we serve diverse populations with a focus on fostering growth, independence, and improved quality of life. Our culture is supportive and inclusive, emphasizing collaboration, innovation, and professional growth. As part of our committed team, you will be encouraged to share your expertise, engage in ongoing training, and contribute to a dynamic environment where diversity and new ideas are valued.
Working at Point Quest Group offers the opportunity to make a direct impact in the lives of individuals and their families through personalized support services. You will join colleagues who are passionate about ABA, special education, and person-centered care, and who are committed to both personal and professional development. In this BCBA position, you can expect a hybrid work environment that may include time in schools, clinics, community locations, and some remote responsibilities such as documentation, telehealth consultations, or virtual meetings. You will maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, uphold BACB ethical standards and relevant state regulations, and actively participate in case reviews, interdisciplinary meetings, and internal professional development.
In recognition of your expertise and dedication, Point Quest Group offers a competitive full-time compensation package, typically structured as an annual salary with eligibility for performance-based bonuses. A comprehensive benefits program is available, which may include medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as participation in a 401k retirement plan.
