About the Role
Sprouts Farmers Market - - Responsibilities: Manage the daily output baking, production, and display of bakery products; Supervise and monitor product quality and consistency, track inventory, and manage the bakery's budget; Plan and order according to company standards to maximize sales and gross profit; Engage and evaluate team members through coaching, feedback, and one-on-one development discussions; Serve as a Manager on Duty (MOD) as needed
