We are looking for experienced Litigators with at least five years of insurance defense experience, particularly in premises liability defense. What You’ll Do: Handle insurance defense litigation with a heavy focus on premises liability. Take and defend depositions, conduct discovery, draft and argue discovery and dispositive motions, and prepare cases for trial. Manage a caseload with a focus on quality client service and efficient case resolution. Track and meet minimum billable hour requirements (150 hours/month). Leverage Microsoft 365, document management systems, and billing software to stay organized and productive. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 5 years of insurance defense litigation experience (premises liability strongly preferred). Proven expertise in depositions, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation. Proficiency in Microsoft 365, document management, and time tracking for billables. Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Ability to thrive in a fast paced, collaborative environment. Compensation and Benefits: Attorneys with trial experience or interest in trials: $180,000+ annual salary, plus step‑up/performance bonuses for billing over 150 hours. Attorneys with less trial experience: $130,000–$150,000 annual salary, plus bonuses for exceeding billable expectations. Robust benefits package, including medical insurance and 401(k).
