Our predominant practice areas are workers’ compensation insurance defense, regulation, subrogation, and claims consulting. Responsibilities Handling all aspects of workers’ compensation defense, claims consulting, and subrogation. You may also be asked to assist in litigation and other matters as may be assigned by the partners. This is a remote position and the hired attorney will not be required to relocate. Qualifications At least 3 years practice in the area of workers' compensation and/or insurance defense litigation is preferred. High attention to detail.
