What You’ll Do Handle employment law cases from intake through resolution Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial documents Take and defend depositions regularly Argue motions and appear in court Work closely with clients on case strategy and communication Support mediations, arbitrations, and settlements Assist in trial preparation and second-chair trials when appropriate What You Bring Active California Bar membership 1–5 years of civil litigation experience (employment law preferred) Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills Ability to manage cases independently while collaborating in a team setting Trial preparation experience is a plus Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $130,000 - $180,000, based on experience Meaningful professional development and advancement opportunities Supportive, mission-driven workplace culture This position offers the courtroom experience, mentorship, and purpose-driven work environment you’ve been seeking.
