Job Summary: This role is dedicated to ensuring a clean, safe, and sanitary environment in line with healthcare standards and infection control protocols. The individual will play a vital part in maintaining hygiene and safety across various hospital areas.

• Maintain cleanliness and safety in assigned spaces.
• Clean and disinfect operating rooms and shared areas thoroughly.
• Operate and care for cleaning equipment and supplies responsibly.
• Properly handle, separate, and dispose of regular and biohazardous waste.
• Adhere strictly to infection prevention, safety, and institutional policies.
• Collaborate effectively within a team and work independently to fulfill department goals.

• High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred.
• Previous experience in a related cleaning or support services role is advantageous.
• Certification as a Surgical Cleaning Technician is a plus.
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience preferred.

Work Schedule: Second shift, approximately 37.5 hours per week.
