Associate Product Owner We’re a collaborative agency building custom solutions for startups in healthcare, fintech, and beyond. We are looking for an Associate Product Owner to help deliver high-impact digital products. Pivoting from Tech? If you are a Full Stack Engineer or QA Specialist looking to move into Product Management, we want you. Mentorship: Work directly with senior product strategists to learn the \"why\" behind the \"what.\" The key characteristics we're looking for are: Tech-Fluent Mindset: A strong interest in product management or tech. If you already have experience in QA or Engineering, that’s a huge plus. Product Exposure: Some exposure to digital products (school projects, internships, personal projects, or professional tech roles). Process Knowledge: Basic understanding of how software products are built (SDLC fundamentals). Adaptability: Comfortable learning new tools and AI-driven workflows. Communication: Team-first mindset with the ability to ask \"why\" and \"how\" clearly and respectfully. Technical Background: Experience reading code, working with APIs, or understanding system architecture. AI Enthusiast: Experience using AI tools for research, prototyping, or productivity. Projects You’ll Be Working On: As an agency, you will be in charge of a variety of innovative projects aiming to push the limits in healthcare, fintech, edtech, crypto, and on-demand space. Important to know: Since we are fully remote and our team is across the globe, you are expected to interact with different teams and need to be flexible with different time zones. All our employees must overlap at a minimum between 7 AM and 11 AM Pacific Standard Time. This is a 6 month full-time contract with the explicit goal of converting you into a permanent team member at Topflight Apps. Annual Salary: Up to $38,000 Your Responsibilities Include: SDLC Support: Assist in driving products through the software development lifecycle. Prototyping: Help build and test prototypes using modern tools, including AI-powered platforms. Documentation: Support the creation of PRDs, discovery notes, and feature outlines. Analytics: Help track product goals and basic KPIs (user feedback, engagement, app reviews). User Testing: Assist with user testing on prototypes and live products. Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as a communication bridge between designers, developers, and QA. Project Management: Help maintain project plans, timelines, and status updates.
