About the Role
The Salvation Army (Western) - 1500 Valencia Street - Responsibilities: Take an active role in the day-to-day operation of the store, including opening and closing procedures, POS operations, inventory management and donations.; Assist Store Manager with scheduling, payroll records, time and attendance edits, and personnel coordination.; Assist with hiring, training, and directing the store team, and provide performance coaching to employees.; Communicate personnel issues and performance results with Store Manager and HR; participate in disciplinary processes as needed.; Develop strategies to improve customer and donor satisfaction and overall store performance.
