About the Role
TJX - - Responsibilities: Drive store performance by supporting sales results, managing expenses, and overseeing key operations including merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping, and receiving, with a strong focus on minimizing shrink and damages; Attract, recruit, and cultivate top talent by providing comprehensive training and ongoing development for Associates; Serve as a mentor and role model, fostering a supportive environment that ensures a positive and engaging experience for both Associates and customers; Communicate and implement action plans for projects, targets, company initiatives, and store changes; Coordinate loss prevention and operational programs and improve store layout and efficiency
