About the Role
TJX - 425 Central Park Avenue - Responsibilities: Drive store performance by supporting sales results, managing expenses, and overseeing key operations including merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping, and receiving.; Attract, recruit, and cultivate top talent by providing comprehensive training and ongoing development for Associates.; Mentor and role model, fostering a supportive environment that ensures a positive and engaging experience for both Associates and customers.; Communicate and implement action plans for projects, targets, company initiatives, and store changes.; Coordinate loss prevention and operational programs and improve store layout and efficiency.
