TJX - 555 John F Kennedy Road - Responsibilities: Drive store performance by supporting sales results, managing expenses, and overseeing key operations including merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping, and receiving.; Attract, recruit, and cultivate top talent by providing comprehensive training and ongoing development for Associates.; Communicate and implement action plans for projects, targets, company initiatives, and store changes.; Provide input on succession planning to meet future needs.; Implement strategies to meet sales, expense, and customer service targets.
