Assistant Store Manager

Sprouts Farmers Market - - Responsibilities: Direct all business processes at the assigned store and deliver positive results; Lead a team of approximately ten people (Department Managers and Receivers); Drive store sales, team member engagement, and customer advocacy through leadership; Maintain compliance with safety, labeling, health, and weights and measures standards; Manage inventory, labor, and expenses and meet targets as a rate to sales (P&L ownership)
