About the Role

Ross Stores - - Responsibilities: Lead and supervise store operations in the absence of the Store Manager; Ensure proper scheduling of Associates to meet business objectives; Assist in payroll administration including daily punch edits and payroll reporting; Assists in recruiting, hiring, training and developing non-exempt Associates; Ensure compliance with State, Local and Federal regulations and safety policies
