About the Role
Sprouts Farmers Market - - Responsibilities: Direct all business processes at their assigned store and deliver positive results.; Lead a team of approximately ten people (all Department Managers and Receivers) with courtesy, respect, integrity, and care.; Drive sales growth and store experience execution anchored on Educate and Enrich standards.; Maintain compliance with all safety and food safety recommendations and requirements.; P&L ownership - manage inventory, labor, and expenses at optimum levels and meet targets as a rate to sales.
