About the Role
Extra Space Storage - - Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong customer relationships by identifying storage needs and providing tailored solutions; Maximize sales objectives through unit rentals, unit insurance, and moving supplies; Ensure our highest standards of cleanliness are met through continuous maintenance of the site, including office and building exteriors; Perform daily site safety inspections, including lock checks; Handle cash transactions, balance receipts, follow up on delinquent payments, process customer payments, and complete daily bank deposits
