O'Reilly Automotive - - Responsibilities: Lead the store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers; Supervise customer service levels at the retail showroom and ensure staff adherence to service programs; Assist in ensuring retail sales counter is adequately staffed during peak hours; Assist in hiring processes including recruiting tasks and interviews; Perform store opening/closing duties and day-end procedures to secure money and deposits
