About the Role

O'Reilly Automotive - - Responsibilities: Lead the store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.; Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom and program execution.; Assist in staffing and scheduling at the retail sales counter during peak hours.; Assist in the hiring process by recruiting, interviewing, and selecting qualified team members.; Perform all store opening/closing duties and day end procedures.
