O'Reilly Automotive - - Responsibilities: Lead the store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers; Supervise customer service levels in the retail showroom and ensure staff execution of customer service programs; Assist in scheduling and staffing the retail sales counter during peak hours; Assist in hiring processes including interviewing and candidate evaluation; Perform store opening/closing duties and day end procedures
