About the Role
Natural Grocers - - Responsibilities: Train store personnel, assign tasks, and be accountable in accomplishing tasks; Ensures in-stock conditions meet company standards and rotat perishables; Interviews and hires for store needs with input from department managers; Assists the Store Manager in completion of staff performance evaluations with input from department managers; Maintains clear communication with store staff including monthly staff meetings and posting company information
