Kohl's - 845 Schillinger Road South - Responsibilities: Oversee store operations and merchandising execution to drive sales and profitability; Teach, coach and develop associates to execute operational, service and merchandising processes; Lead efforts at point of sale and customer service departments to deliver speed of service transactions and a compelling customer experience; Direct, train and develop associates to execute merchandising direction to brand standards in a timely manner; Manage training processes for new hires and ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and safety standards
