About the Role
Kohl's - 6063 Sawmill Road - Responsibilities: Oversee store operations and/or merchandising to drive sales and profitability; Teach, coach, and develop associates to execute operational, service and merchandising processes; Ensure sound operational processes including receiving and processing product, stockroom management and omni channel fulfillment; Lead efforts at point of sale and customer service departments to deliver speed of service and a compelling customer experience; Direct, train, and develop associates to execute merchandising direction to brand standards and maintain appropriate floor replenishment and pricing accuracy
