About the Role

Journeys - - Responsibilities: Assist Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, training, and managing store personnel to achieve store and personal sales goals.; Supervise and manage all aspects of daily store operations in Store Manager and Manager In Training's absence.; Provide feedback, coaching, and accountability to all employees by enforcing all company policies and practices.; Resolve customer issues effectively and provide a fun, full service experience to all customers.; Communicate all store needs to Store Manager and Manager In Training.
