About the Role

Greer's Markets - - Responsibilities: Primary duty is management of overall store operations in the absence of the Store Director; Assists Store Director in coordinating safety practices in store to ensure safety and health initiatives; Maintains good store conditions, product quality, labeling standards and code date compliance in all departments; Participates in training and hiring of store Associates; monitors performance and provides evaluations; Oversees cash handling, inventory control, and adherence to company policies in the absence of the Store Director
