About the Role

Greer's Markets - - Responsibilities: Primary duty is management of overall store operations in the absence of the Store Director.; Assists Store Director in coordinating safety practices in store to ensure safety initiatives are implemented and communicated to all Associates.; Maintains and controls inventory levels and cash handling procedures; assists in budgeting and cost controls.; Participates in training and hiring of store Associates; provides guidance to Department Managers and Associates.; Models high standards of customer service to achieve a customer oriented store.
