About the Role
Hibbett Sports - - Responsibilities: Assist the Store Manager in controlling the assets of the store; Consult with the Store Manager to establish action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling; Assume responsibility of the entire store in the absence of the Store Manager; Assist in personnel recruiting, training, and evaluation; Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers in all departments; maintain exceptional customer service
