About the Role
Hibbett Sports - - Responsibilities: Assist the Store Manager in controlling the assets of Hibbett I City Gear; Consult with Store Manager in establishing action plans to accomplish departmental and overall store responsibilities such as selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling; Assumes responsibility of the entire store in the Store Managers absence; Assist the Store Manager in overall personnel recruiting, training, and evaluation; Produce and give extraordinary customer service highlighted in the customer service manual, including helping customers as they enter the store, and helping multiple customers during peak periods
Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in controlling store assets
- Assist in establishing action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling
- Assume responsibility of store in Store Manager's absence
Qualifications
- Experience in retail management preferred
- Strong customer service skills
