About the Role
Hibbett Sports - - Responsibilities: Assist the Store Manager in controlling the assets of Hibbett I City Gear; Consult with Store Manager in establishing action plans to accomplish departmental and overall store responsibilities such as selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling; Assumes responsibility of the entire store in the absence of the Store Manager; Produce and give extraordinary customer service highlighted in the customer service manual; Promote and sell services and merchandise provided by Hibbett I City Gear
Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in controlling store assets
- Assist in selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling
- Assume responsibility of the entire store in the absence of the Store Manager
Qualifications
- 2023+ experience in retail preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills
