Hibbett Sports - - Responsibilities: Assist the Store Manager in controlling the assets of Hibbett I City Gear; Assists in establishing action plans to accomplish departmental and store responsibilities such as selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling; Supervises employees in the absence of the Store Manager; interviews, trains, assigns and directs work; Provides knowledge and guidance to employees and customers in all departments; Produces and delivers extraordinary customer service and promotes merchandise
