About the Role
Hibbett Sports - - Responsibilities: Assist the Store Manager in controlling the assets of Hibbett I City Gear; Consult with Store Manager in establishing action plans to accomplish departmental and overall store responsibilities such as selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling; Assumes responsibility of the entire store in the absence of the Store Manager; Produces and delivers extraordinary customer service highlighted in the customer service manual; Promotes and sells services and merchandise provided by Hibbett I City Gear
Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in controlling assets

- Owns store operations in the absence of the Store Manager
Qualifications
- Experience in retail management preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of merchandising and inventory control
