About the Role
Extra Space Storage - - Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong customer relationships by identifying storage needs and providing tailored solutions.; Maximize sales objectives through unit rentals, unit insurance, and moving supplies.; Ensure our highest standards of cleanliness are met through continuous maintenance of the site, including the office, and the interior and exteriors of the storage building and surrounding areas.; Perform daily site safety inspections, including lock checks.; Address and resolve customer concerns related to billing, security, auctions, and proper site usage.
