About the Role
Extra Space Storage - - Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong customer relationships by identifying storage needs and providing tailored solutions; Maximize sales objectives through unit rentals, unit insurance, and moving supplies; Ensure highest standards of cleanliness through maintenance of the site (office, interior and exterior); Perform daily site safety inspections, including lock checks; Handle cash transactions, balance receipts, follow up on delinquent payments, and complete daily bank deposits
